GTYSC Annual General Meeting - October 15, 2020
Hello Grimsby Soccer Families,
We hope you are doing well and staying safe! Although we were not able to run a 2020
season, the Club will be working over the winter months to plan for 2021. We are hopeful that we will be able to get
back to playing soccer next summer, even if it is in a modified format. To kick-off
the planning process, we have scheduled our Annual General Meeting.
The Grimsby Town Youth Soccer Club will be holding its 47th Annual General Meeting on Thursday October 15, 2020 at 7:00pm sharp. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the meeting will be held online via Zoom.
All GTYSC members in good standing are invited and encouraged to attend. Meeting topics include: approvals of the 2019 AGM Minutes and Audited Financial Reports, acceptance of the 2020 GTYSC Board Reports and Elections of the 2021 GTYSC Executive and Board of Directors. In order to facilitate the meeting on Zoom, participants must pre-register for the AGM in advance. AGM registration closes on Wednesday October 14th. No late registrations can be accepted.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Meeting instructions, voting procedures and the GTYSC 2020 AGM booklet will be sent to registered participants on/before Thursday October 15th, 2020 at 12pm.
